| ** Early versions of Netscape 4 can sometimes choke on Java, freezing your browser. If this happens, close Netscape ( In Windows , use CTRL + ESC + DEL ). Then, restart Navigator and disable Java in Netscape's Preferences. ( But keep JavaScript enabled. ) You will get a JavaScript " out of memory " error, but the search will still function. Note that this pertains only to Netscape 4; Netscape 3 and IE 4 seem to work just fine. |
